Good advice is to drink a lot of h2o. Placing a bucket of in your room helps as well. Doing so will help reduce what feels like dryness in the air and make the room feel more enjoyable to be in. You can also accomplish this by placing a humidifier that blows cool air in the room to keep moisture in the air.
